Bring your focus back to the journey instead of the destination. We will move slowly and intentionally through transitions between yoga poses and sequences to build physical and mental strength and improve the quality of our yoga postures we are working to arrive to.
Each week's Beginners Yoga class with Priscilla will have a different focus on refining these transitions, including seamless step-through's from Downward Dog to Low Lunge.
Appropriate for all levels, especially brand new individuals who have never stepped foot into a yoga class.
