Please join us for our free public event series, Monday Night Meditation. Regular attendance of this series will further develop your meditation skill and offer techniques to incorporate such skills into ritual, introspection or any other aspect of your life. The practices taught in this class will vary but will rely on the fundamental use of silence, asana, mantra, mudra, pranayama, mala use and more. Please do not bring yoga mats as they offer little comfort. If you have a Zafu or Zabuton please bring it / them with you, or a large pillow to sit upon to support your body. Chairs will be provided if needed.
