Join us for this year's fall Battle. Divisions and standards are listed below. Kids' standards will be listed soon. Kid's workouts will be released earlier than the rest of the field as well so they may prepare accordingly.

***Not all movements may be used and the heaviest weight in each category may not be reached. The strength component may require attempts at weights heavier than listed but no other workouts will require anything heavier than what is listed.***
