Dietary Fats: The Good, The Bad & The Healthy

Please join in this hands-on workshop led by Ashe Milkovic, NTC in training, as we discuss a variety of fats, how they physiologically work with our body, how to identify a good vs bad fat, how to properly prepare and use fats and oils, and how to make butter from locally sourced raw milk. Each person will take home some locally grown herb-infused raw butter, resourceful handouts and a newfound healthy relationship with fat.

$5 admission, 100% is fundraised for the Historical Florence Mill.
